BMJ co-supports MedaRXiV, and there has been an explosion of papers coming through there this year. I have little doubt that we are witnessing a steady change in publication behaviour, but there are still gaps in terms of the reliability that the community applies to preprints. It will be great to hear how the existence of something like this has had real world positive impacts.
