Your life would look different if you did this every day...

36,969 words.

That’s how many words are in a Word Doc that holds my written content for this email.

While I have a few posts that I’ve already written in the doc, most of the content is unreleased. That’s like a book of content I’ve created. So how did I do it?

By writing every day for 30 minutes. It’s that simple.

The more I commit to my daily habit of writing, the more I write. Crazy, I know.

Aside from writing an entire book without focusing on it, what else has daily writing given me?

The mental fortitude to overcome resistance on command.

I don’t write when I feel like it. I write every. single. damn. day.

So, when I need to write something quick, I don’t need to cut my finger and sacrifice blood for the muse to come and assist.

I can sit and do the work; whenever I need to.

The cost of writing is so low because of the numerous amounts of writing I’ve done.

What would your life and work look like if you made a habit of writing daily?

“But I don’t have time!”

Start with 15 minutes. Everyone has 15 minutes that we waste on tv or social media.

You also don’t need to post what you write. Instead, use it to work through your emotions and thoughts.

Become a more prolific thinker by writing daily.

Wouldn’t that help you somewhere in your life?

What’s stopping you from committing to a daily habit of writing?
