Today is launch day...

I never thought I would say this:

I’m part of a (Saas) startup.

(Do I buy a tesla now or later?)

Seriously though, I’m excited for this opportunity and for the fact it’s with the same group of people I’ve dedicated the last four years of my life with.

Stop The Vanilla went on a mission two years ago to figure out an answer to surviving in the future and taking advantage of the technology disruption happening in the talent space.

This ended with us creating MyTalentPlanner software.

If you had told me seven years ago that I would be a critical member on the ground floor of a Saas Startup, I would have laughed at you.

I was at a technical college getting a degree in digital media technology while trying to be the next Metro Boomin’. A lot has changed.

It’s been a crazy rollercoaster to get here. I’m forever grateful to Steve for taking a shot on me and keeping me on this journey even through COVID.

I’m also grateful for all of you who’ve been instrumental in my journey. Mark Cumicek, Daniel Reed, Steve Prica, and many others have encouraged me to continue when I’ve felt defeated.

The lesson is never to stop moving forward at all costs.

It’s unlikely you will see the entire path when you start. You may not even know which way to go, but please do what I’ve done:

Trust the process and focus on progress.

Move forward, learn more about yourself, and consistently relearn to reinvent yourself.

It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.

Thank you for being on this journey with me.
Thank you for believing in me by opting into this email.
